僵知饮保护四氧嘧啶性糖尿病大鼠胰腺损伤的实验研究

摘  要:目的探讨僵知饮对实验性糖尿病大鼠胰腺形态和高血糖的治疗作用.方法采用静脉注射四氧嘧啶诱导大鼠化学性糖尿病,应用僵知饮2, 4 g/(kg·d)灌胃模型大鼠4周,检测大鼠血糖水平,显微镜下观察胰腺组织结构的变化.结果与模型组比较,僵知饮组空腹时血糖(FBG)显著降低(P<0.05~0.01), 胰腺细胞的形态结构有所改善.本研究提示僵知饮治疗大鼠化学性糖尿病具有降糖效果.结论僵知饮对实验性糖尿病大鼠胰腺损伤的形态学改变具有一定的保护作用.Objective To study the clinical effect of Jiang-zhi-yin in the pancreas morphology and the hyperglycemia of the diabetic rat. Methods The chemical diabetes rats model were induced by the alloxan iv, and two doses of Jiang-zhi-yin(2,4 g·kg^-1. d^-1 ) were administrated (for 4 week). Then the examinations of blood glucose level were carried out, and the pancreas structures were observed under microscope. Result Compared with the model, Jiang-zhi-yin could significantly decrease the blood glucose level(P 〈 0.05-0.01 ), and it improved the alteration of pancreas structures. Conclusion Jiang-zhi-yin could protect the morphological lesion of pancreas cells in experimental diabetic rat.
