摘　　要：转型时期中国政治资源优化配置的必要性在于政治资源本身的稀缺性和这一时期社会现实提出的新要求。转型时期中国政治资源的优化配置,要树立合理的价值目标;坚持正确的衡量尺度;进行战略性思考。During transition period, the necessity of scientific andrational allocation of political resource lies in the, scarcity of political＇ resource and the newdemands of social reality; During this period, to allocate political resource scientifically andrationally, political system should establish rational＇ goal of value, insist on right scale of weighing, and work out some strategic ways to do it.
