摘　　要：对“南京新外滩”的建设，从内外环境两方面进行了综合分析，并就南京外滩建设的目标、范围和区划结构分布进行了阐述．Being the ancient capital of six dynasties along the Yangtze River, Naming has ignored its geographic advantage for a long time. It is of great significance for Naming to manifest its character--the Famous Ancient City,the Capital of Jiangsu Province and the Major Central city in the lower part of the Yangtze Riverby developing and constructing its new bund. The paper gives a comprehensive analysis on the construction of the new bund from internat and external enviroment and analyses the construction aim,range and regional structure distribution of the new bund
