急诊突发病在高场磁共振应用中的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊突发病在行磁共振检查过程中的扫描、护理及诊断。方法本组166例急诊患者，其中头部122例，脊柱25例，胸腹部11例，骨盆及四肢8例。结果166例急诊患者行磁共振检查均达到了诊断要求。结论扫描时间的缩短，护理工作的到位，急救中诊断的准确性，为急诊、突发病患者的抢救及治疗赢得了宝贵的时间，显示出了影像医学在急诊医学诊断的重要性。Objective： To evaluate scan methods, nurse and diagnosis of einergency and gusty diseases by using 1.5T MRI. Methods： Of 166 cases patients with emergency and gusty diseases received routine MRI examination, 16 cases were head, 25cases were spine, bosom and abdomen 11 cases, pelvis and limb 8 cases. Results： All 166 cases patients with emergency and gusty diseases received MRI examination attain demand of diagnosis. Conclusion： Shorten scan time, satisfactional nurse and determined diagnosis had won valuable time in salving and therapy to patients of emergency and gusty diseases. It is showed the importance of diagnosic emergency and gusty diseases by using 1.5T MRI.
