摘　　要：本文提出了关于剖层机带刀的磨刀技术的研究，主要论述了磨刀技术的具体操作和要领以及磨出的各种带刀断面形状的优缺点、磨刀操作中出现的误区，其真实含义是阐明了在剖层机精度正常情况下影响剖层质量的主要因素。据此，充分反映了对于一位剖层师傅来说如何正确掌握和提高磨刀操作技术显得何等重要。This paper mainly discusses the knife grinding technique of splitting,the operation and the key points,the merits and demerits of the sectional shape of grinded band-knife,and the error situation which occurs at knife grinding,The real significance is to expound the major factors of influence the splitting quality in the normal precision of splitting machine,to show how importance it is for a splitting technician to correctly control and enhance the knife grinding technique.
