摘　　要：当“举国体制”创造出一批又一批体育明星的时候,国家体育组织理应充分挖掘他们的商业潜力.在不影响体育训练的情况下,应该让他们的潜能最大限度地发挥出来,这不仅能为运动员消除退役的后顾之忧,也能增强竞技体育的自我造血能力,减轻国家负担.When the national system produces more and more sportsstars, the national sports organization should fully enploit their commercoal potential. Their potential should be enploited at their best without interferingwiththe training . This not only removes their worrying problems after they have retired from sports career, but also strengthens the self-sufficient ability of competitive sports and reduces the burden for the country.
