改革人才培养模式的几点思考

摘　　要：高职高专要以就业为导向,深化高职高专教育改革,就需要不断地改革人才培养模式.要改革人才培养模式,应从构建实践性教学体系、推进人才培养模式订单式与学科式统一、实施准就业制三个方面入手.Employment should be considered as essential in higher vocational and professional education. In order to deepen the reform of higher professional education, it requires that the pattern of personnel cultivation be reformed on the run. The article holds that the said reform should be carried in the following three aspects： forming the system of practical teaching, combing order for personnel with branches of learning, and exercising the system of employment.
