以人为本的我国大学生激励机制研究

摘　　要：依据管理学的有关原理,从“以人为本”出发,结合当代大学生的实际情况,教育者应对学生进行包括目标激励在内的种种激励手段,充分发挥班委会、团支部、各协会等组织的作用,增强凝聚力;对学生取得的成绩及时给以肯定,激励学生为理想而奋斗,实现人生价值以达到共同进步的目的.In accordance with the relevant principles of managerialism, regarding persons as the dominant factor and considering the practical state of modern college students, the article proposes that various emulative mechanisms be taken, including target emulation, full play be given to class committee, youth league branch, and to all the societies, so that cohesion will be strengthened. The students＇ achievements should be confirmed in time to encourage them to strive for their idealism for the final purpose of realizing their personal value. As a result, college students will make progress together.
