摘　　要：针对全国城市房屋拆迁旧城改造建设,结合全国旧城改造的现状和自己的工作实践,提出基于MicroStation并利用城市地形图,航片信息,地价祥规等信息,实现城市旧城改造信息系统的方法。This paper aims at old building to remove and urban rebuilding and reconstructing in whole country. with the actuality of old building changing in our country and myself working practice, so making use of urban topographical map, information of aero-image, land-value detailed regulation etc, we discuss the information systems of Urban rebuilding with the basic of Microstation.
