摘　　要：目的:观察康脉注射液对动脉硬化闭塞症患者血液流变学的影响。方法:对应用康脉注射液的28例动脉硬化闭塞症患者,分别比较他们在入院第2d和45d的血液流变学指标。结果:康脉注射液对动脉硬化闭塞症患者的全血粘度、红细胞沉降率和纤维蛋白原值的改善最为明显。结论:康脉注射液可以有效改善动脉硬化闭塞症患者的血液流变学状态,降低血液的粘滞性和聚集性,缓解血液的高凝状态。Objective To observe the effect of Kangmai injection on hemorrheology in patients with atherosclerosis obliterans Methods Twenty-eight patients with atherosclerosis obliterans were treated with Kangmai injection, their hermorrheologic indices on the second day andon the forty-fifth day were compared. Results The effect of Kangmai injection was very obvious on improving blood viscosity, RBC sedimentation rate and fibrinogen value. Conclusion Kangmai injection can improve evidently hemorrheology indices, reduce blood viscosity and aggregation and mitigate the hypereoagulabiility.
