摘　　要：随着聚合物单管多层分注技术推广应用规模的逐年扩大,该工艺自身设计上存在的工艺问题逐步暴露出来。其中现场出现的最主要问题是生产过程中打捞憋压套发生卡阻几率高,以及封隔器坐封效果不好,管柱密封率低,造成高作业返工率。为此研制了聚合物单管多层滑套开关式配注器,介绍了滑套开关式配注器研制、室内实验和矿场应用情况。As the single-tubing,polymer separate injection application being industrialized gradually,technical problems in technical design are revealed.The most important problems are frequent seizing in fishing pressureout set,poor packer setting effect,and low pipe string sealing,resulting in high rework rate.Hence,multi-layer polymer injection allocator with single-tubing and sliding sleeve switch is developed,and development,lab experiment and pilot test of this polymer allocator are introduced development,lab experiment and pilot test of this polymer allocator.
