略论绿色技术创新

摘　　要：绿色技术创新是在经济和环境协调发展基础上的创新活动。绿色技术创新具有不同于传统技术创新的新的内涵和特征。绿色技术在我国是一个较新的概念,在创新中遇到了制度上、意识上和管理上等各种现实的困难。因此,应从建立政府主导的外部推进和激励机制,建立企业内的创新能力机制、建立绿色技术产品消费驱动机制等方面推进绿色技术创新。Green technology innovation is a creative activity on the basis of the coordinated development of economy and environment. It differs from traditional one, for its brand-new connotations and features. The promotion of the concept meets many difficulties in system, management and consciousness. Therefore, we should establish an external promotion and encouragement system by government, form an innovation system within enterprises, and foster a consumption-driving mechanism for green technical products to propel the innovation of green technology.
