摘　　要：本文介绍了齐鲁石化电信综合业务管理平台的需求背景、设计原则、总体结构、设计方案、实现方法及应用情况。该平台实现了齐鲁石化电信专网的计费、账务、营业、工单等子系统,提供了各种满足需求的业务接口和通信接口子系统,既满足了作为通信运营商的需求,同时也满足了作为通信专网的特殊需求。This article introduces the demand background, design precept, collectivity construction, ensemble construction, design principle, implementation method and application of telecommunication integrated service management system of Qilu petrochemical coporation. It is a computer software system which conducts such subsystems as charging, account, opening, job order etc. of Qilu petrochemical telecommunication special net. It has offered various kinds of communication interface subsystem and business interface which meet the demand. It has contented the demand of operator of communication as special demand which is regarded as the special network of communications.
