摘　　要：目的:建立测定利巴韦林片中有关物质的高效液相色谱法。方法:以LunaODSC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以重蒸馏水为流动相,流速为1mL/min,紫外检测波长为207nm,以外标法定量。结果:3批样品的有关物质含量均小于1.0%。结论:该方法简单、快速,结果准确。Objective： To establish HPLC method for determination of the related substances of Ribavirin tablets. Method： By HPLC method, the column was Luna ODS C18 （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm））. The mobile phase consisted of double distilled water with the flow rate 1 mL/min. The UV detecting wavelength was 207 nm. The concentrations were quantified by external standard method. Results： The ralated substances contents in three batch of samples are smaller than 1.0%. Conclusion： This method is simple, quick and accurate.
