印楝素乳油高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法对0.3%印楝素乳油中的印楝素A分析方法进行了研究.条件为:Hypersil ODS 柱;流动相为v(水):v(乙腈)=70:30,流速1.0 mL/min;紫外检测波长218 nm;柱温30℃;印楝素的质量浓度为19.6～313.6 mg/L时,相关系数为 0.9998.方法的检出限(S/N≥3)为0.32 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 0.61%(n=6).平均回收率为 98.9% .A reversed -phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of azadirachtin A from 0.3% azadiraehtin emulsion. The chromatographic analysis was carried out using a Hypersil ODS column at 30℃, with water - acetonitrile （70： 30, v/v） as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and UV detection at 218 nm. Results showed a good linear relationship between peak area and mass concentration of the azadirachtin within the range of 19.6 -313.6 mg/L （r =0. 9998）. The lowest limit of detection （S/N≥3） was 0.32 mg/L, with relative standard deviation （RSD） of 0.61% （n = 6） and average recovery of 98.9%. The method was rapid, simple and accurate.
