摘  要:在人工气候箱和大田条件下比较了'川麦107'与'铭贤169'和'川麦28'等感病品种以及'平原50'等慢条锈品种的苗期对条锈病菌(Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici)的抗病频率、病害潜育期、病害扩展性、病情指数和千粒重损失率等,结果表明,'川麦107'具有慢锈性,它虽然对42个分属不同生理小种的菌株反应型均为4级,但在常温、高温控制及大田条件下接种条中31、32及混合生理小种后,其病害潜育期均较'铭贤169'等高感品种长3~8 d而与'平原50'等慢锈性品种相当;接种以后,它的剑叶至倒4叶的普遍率虽然与'川麦28'等感病品种无显著差,但这些叶片的病情指数均低于感病品种;与粉锈宁喷雾保护植株相比,'川麦107'在苗期、拔节期接种条中32后,千粒重的损失率为10.57 %和2.97 %,显著低于感病品种'川麦28'的24.16 %和14.39 %、Syn 95-71的37.36 %和21.67 %,而与除'平原50'以外的高抗品种或慢锈品种无显著差异.After the experiments in climate chamber and in the fidds at Pixian of Sichuan Province, ' Chuanmai 107', a most popular wheat variety in southwest China, was found to be of the slow-rusting resistance against Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici. Its reaction to all of the inoculated 42 isolates of different physiologic races and geographic races were susceptible type 4. Under the controlled normal (18/15 ℃ ) or high (25/25 ℃ )temperature, the latent periods of the disease on 'Chuanmai 107' were at least 2 - 3 days longer than that on sus- ceptible variety ' Mingxian 169' whereas in the fidds it were 2 - 8 days longer than that on ' Chuanmai 28' and other susceptible varieties. Although the disease rates of top leaves in the plot of 'Chuanmai 107' reached 73.08 % - 100.0 % with no significant difference from that of 'Chuanmai 28', the disease indexes on each leaves were significantly lower that of the latter, hence the loss in the grain weight in comparison to the plants controlled with Baryton.
