摘  要:利用AFLP分子标记方法对广西主栽21个木薯品种进行基因组DNA多态性分析,筛选出E-ACT/ M-CAT、E-ACA/ M-CAA与E-AGG/ M-CTT三对选择性扩增引物,并对所得的结果进行UPGMA聚类分析.结果表明,品种间相似系数较高,都在0.661~0.865之间,从相似系数0.755处划分,可划分为两个主要类群,GR891、GR911等属于同一类群;面包木薯、桂经引983、新选048等品种属同一类群;南植105,南植188,泰农50,年海一号,其差异明显,不属于同一类群,可能与引种的地区不同有关.This study utilized AFLP molecular marker analyzing DNA genetic diversity of 21 mainly cassava cultivars in Guangxi. Through the study, three pairs of AFLP selective amplified primers were selected : E-ACT/M-CAT E-ACA/M-CAA and E-AGG/M-CTT. At the same time, the data was analyzed in UPGMA cluster. The result revealed that: cultivars genetic similarity is higher, and the range was from 0.661 to 0. 865. The varieties were divided into two groups from genetic similarity of 0. 755. GR891, GR911 and etc belonged to one group; bread cassava, Guijingyin983, Xinxuan048 and etc. belonged to other group; Nanzhi105, Nanzhi188, Tainong50, Nianhai-1 were not in a group due to obviously genetic difference and might originate from different areas.
