“三高两低”杂交油菜油研10号的选育研究

摘　　要：高产、高含油量、高蛋白含量的双低杂交油菜对于推动油菜生产发展具有十分重要的现实意义.油研10号含油量平均达44.48%,饼粕蛋白含量达40.44%,芥酸含量为0.45%,硫苷含量为22.38μmol/g饼;产量比油研七号平均增产6.62%,比中油821增产8.73%,最高产量可达3.5～4t/hm2;产油量比油研七号增产17%,比中油821增产22.4%～34.6%,是一个具有'三高两低'高效型的杂交油菜品种,分别于2003年和2004年通过贵州省和全国审定,准予在贵州、四川、云南、重庆、湖南、湖北、江西、浙江、上海9个省(市)和江苏、安徽淮河以南地区冬油菜区种植.推广应用将会给农户和加工部门带来新的经济效益.The hybrid rape with higher yield, oil and protein contents and low erucic and glucosinolate contents plays an important role in rape production. The oil, protein, erucic and glucosinolate contents of hybrid rape Youyan 10, are averagely 44. 48%, 40. 44%, 0. 45% and 22.38 μmol/g respectively. Its average yields are 6.62% and 8.73% higher than Youyan 7 and Zhongyou 821 separately and its highest yield is up to 3.5-4 t/hm^2. Its output are 17%and 22.4%-34.6% higher than Youyan 7 and Zhongyou 821 individually. Youyan 10 approved by Guizhou and National Committee of Crops Variety Examination in 2003 and 2004 separately can be popularized in Guizhou, Sichuan, Yunnan, Chongqing, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Shanghai and the part regions of Jiangsu and Anhui.
