摘　　要：从志愿服务和志愿者的内涵入手,分析了体育社团组织和志愿者的相互作用与相互关系,以及志愿者的特征。加强对志愿者的招募、选拔和培训是解决现阶段我国体育社团志愿者人员少、素质低的关键。The study started anatomizing the voluntary service and the volunteers, then analyzed the correlation of sport community and the volunteers as well as the characteristics of these volunteers. It showed that if we wanted to solve the current problems as staff shortage, low quality, it was of vital importance to enforce the employment, the selection and the training of the volunteers.
