摘　　要：论述了延迟性肌肉疼痛的概念、与运动的关系,及其发生机理、防治方法的研究现状,进一步探讨了延迟性肌肉疼痛的适应性、离心收缩力量练习在延迟性肌肉疼痛中的特异性作用。This study discussed the concept of delayed-onset muscle soreness and its relation with sports, introduced the source mechanism and precautions, explored the adaptability of the soreness and the specific impact of centrifugal force exercises on the delayed-onset muscle soreness.
