摘　　要：运用反相高效液相色谱法,Hypersil ODS分析柱,甲醇和乙酸(V甲醇+V1.4%乙酸=95+5)为流动相,流速为0.5 mL.min-1,柱温30℃,二极管阵列检测器,测定波长265 nm,对杀鼠药中的有效成分敌鼠隆进行了测定。A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of brodifaeoum in ratieide was established. The effective component brodifaeoum was determined under the following ehromatoraphie conditions., analytical column： Hypersil ODS, equipped with a diode array detector, mobile phase.. methanol ＋1.4% acetic acid with flow rate of 0.5 mL · min^-1 at a temeperature of 30 ℃, detected at wavelength of 265 nm. Satisfied results were obtained.
