摘　　要：快速成形技术(RapidPrototyping,简称RP)是20世纪90年代发展起来的高新技术。它能使人们头脑中的设计概念迅速变成实物。特别值得一提的是,整个产品开发过程不需要任何模具和工艺装备,大大缩短样件和新产品试制周期,迅速成为增强企业竞争力的重要手段和工具。全欧400多家精铸厂家中,有93%以上都曾使用过快速成形模样,采用此项新技术,对于加速新产品开发和增强企业对市场的快速反应能力至关重要。Rapid prototyping is a high-novel technology developed since 1 990 s,which can make the designed idea rapidly transform real product,especially it need not anything tools and equipments,significantly shortening trial time of samples and new product and increasingly becoming a key means for improving enterprise competitivity.93% in four hundreds of investment casting plants for the European has utilized the rapid prototyping pattern.All acknowledged that it is very important to promote the development of new product and improve the fast responsible ability to market by using the technology.KeyWords: Rapid Prototyping,Investment Casting,Wax Pattern
