摘　　要：电信业务具有种类繁多、数据量大、业务控制复杂等特点,工作流管理是实现业务过程控制的重要技术。因此,本文作者提出了一种基于工作流技术、面向服务架构(SOA)的电信业务开通系统的建模与控制方案。在此基础上,具体分析流程划分、流程重组及其在电信业务支持和管理上的实施方法。对于新一代电信运营支撑系统/业务支撑系统(OSS/BSS)的开发提供了参考。The Tele-Service has rome typic characters, such as complexity in business category, high quantity level, service control complicacy etc. Workflow management is an important technology to realize controlling service process. This paper proposes an extended model based on integrating Web service and workflow technology to support Tele-service fulfillment control and data management integration, and also gives a detailed analysis in flow grain degree, flow formula design and distributed supporting ability of Tele-service fulfillment. It provides an effective reference for developing OSS/BSS.
