摘　　要：探讨了“平行-顺序”生产组织方式在结构件制造过程中的灵活应用,确定了复杂结构件在该方式下的最早开始时间,使各组焊件与结构件在生产组织上前后衔接紧密,既能保证各种构件在各道工序上连续加工,提高设备利用率,又能使各工序尽早开工,从而缩短了整个产品的生产周期。The application of parallel - order manufacturing model for components was discussed. To ensure a lot of welding components and machinery components to meet successfully, parallel - order can be used to choose the earliest period to start manufacturing the complex machinery components. So, this method can ensure continuous manufacturing process for complex machinery components, improve equipments efficiency, and shorten the whole manufacturing cycle.
