摘　　要：计费管理是网络管理的重要组成部分。通过网络计费系统,网络管理者还可以监控网络的数据流量,分析网络的使用情况及性能,发现网络的瓶颈、故障点和某些异常等。本文主要介绍了基于SNMP的网络计费系统的设计与实现,并详细论述了如何利用SNMP协议对路由器上的MIB数据库数据进行采集。该系统采用JAVA语言实现,具有良好的可移植性。Accounting system is the important part of network management. Through network accounting system, the manager of network can monitor the dataflow,analize the performance and usage of network,find out the bottleneck, failure points and track the suspect usage.This paper presents an introduction to the design and realization of a accounting system based on SNMP.It also discuss in details the data collection from the MIB database through SNMP.Realized through JAVA language,the system bears good transplanfihbility.
