摘　　要：通过分析建筑面积计算的新规范、旧规则,指出两者在计算中的差别,总结了新规范中建筑面积计算规律,使工程造价人员对新的建筑面积计算规范有更为深入的了解,从而快速准确地确定出建筑面积,同时也为设计人员进行经济、合理设计提供依据。By analyzing the measure of building area between new norm and past rules, their difference on measurement are pointed out and the laws of measurement are summarized. It gives workers of construction cost a deepgning understanding of the new norm, as a result, they can measure the building area quickly, at the same time, it also give designers an economical and sensible basis.
