摘　　要：从风险的角度建立了一个BOT项目特许权期限决策模型。通过该模型讨论了项目建设成本、贴现、项目风险等因素对BOT项目特许权期限的影响，并提出了政府在选择特许权期限方面的若干建议。This paper establishs a concession model for BOT contract project based on the risk impacts. At the same time, this study considers the influence of project risks, discounted rate and construction costs to a concession period of BOT contract project. At last, it gives some suggestions to the government for determining a concession period for BOT contract project.
