摘　　要：以某小型建设工程管理信息系统为例，研究了其开发方式，从系统功能、数据流图、系统运行的软环境等方面介绍了SCMIS架构，并分析了其综合控制措施，指出该系统的开发应用取得了良好的效益。Combined with management information system of one micro-engineering, it researches its opening mode, introduces SCMIS frame from function of system,data flow graph and soft environment of system operation, analyzes its general control measures and points out opening ＆ application of the system has obtained good benefit.
