摘　　要：NCT是在线检测梳棉棉网内结杂的仪器,可以方便、快速地检测每克棉网内棉结、棉籽及杂质的粒数,然后依据检测结果优化梳棉机的定量、速度、隔距等工艺参数,提高产品质量。在DK903型梳棉机上利用NCT进行了工艺参数优化试验,有效控制了梳棉结杂数量。NCT is the instrument to test trash in carding web online, it can test the numbers of neps, cottonseeds and impurities of per gram web quickly and conveniently, based on the test result, parameters of weight per 5 meters, speed and gauge of carding machine was optimized, and the product quality was advanced. Optimizing test of technology parameters was done in DK903 carding machine by using NCT, and the numbers of carding trashes were controlled.
