摘　　要：在由环锭细纱机改造而成的紧密纺纱机上,通过试验,研究了紧密纺集聚胶圈形式、异形吸管吸引槽负压等关键工艺参数对成纱质量的影响,分析得到了合理的集聚工艺参数。对比试验表明,紧密纺成纱质量比环锭纺有明显提高。Test was done in compact spinning machine which was innovated by ring spinning machine. Influence on yarn quality of key technology parameters such as nesting apron form, negative pressure of suction pipe and so on was researched, and the best technology parameters of compact spinning was analyzed. Through comparison, the test shows that yarn quality of compact spinning is enhanced evidently than that of ring spinning.
