摘　　要：BT903EY型抽气式转杯纺纱机是BT902型转杯纺纱机的改进机型,速度高,纺纱质量稳定。以C36.5 tex、C 58.3 tex机织用纱为例,介绍了转杯纺工艺流程及主要工艺,指出了BT903EY型转杯纺纱机在纺纱生产中纺杯的选择、接头参数与电子清纱参数的设置及使用维护中应注意的事项。BT903EY rotor spinning frame is the innovative frame of BT902 rotor frame, the innovative frame has high speed and stable spinning quality. Taking C 36.5 tex and C 58.3 tex woven yarn as example, technology circulation main technology of rotor spinning, choice of rotor, setting of joint parameters ＆ electronic clearer parameters and attention points in using of rotor spinning frame were introduced.
