摘 要:目的了解我国东、中、西部地区社区卫生服务站服务项目的服务量。方法设计调查表对全国11个省(自治区)、直辖市的508个社区卫生服务站进行调查。结果三地区社区卫生服务站的门诊总人次数、建立家庭病床人次数、建立家庭健康档案数、出诊人次数和出院人次数5项服务工作的服务总量均呈逐年上升的趋势。其中,中部地区服务总量增长速度最快。与服务总量的增长相对应的是每个社区卫生服务机构每年度的服务量增长相对缓慢,东、西部地区个别服务项目甚至出现负增长。结论社区卫生服务站应大力开展家庭病床、建立家庭档案和出诊服务,推广这些优质服务项目,促进社区卫生服务事业的发展。Objective To estimate the service quantity of some service items in community health service stations of eastern, middle and western areas. Methods A questionnaire covering 508 - community health service stations from eleven provinces, autonomous regions, or municipalities was carried out. Results Five items'workloads of community health service in the three areas, including outpatient person - time, family sickbed person - time, family health record, person - time of visiting patients at home and person - time of leaving hospital were gradually increasing yearly, As a whole, the total number of service was developed fastest in middle China. Compared to this phenomenon, the yearly service quantity progress of regional community health was slow, with some service items having increased negatively in some regions of eastern and western China, Conclusion Community health service stations should increase the number of family sickbeds, family health records and person - time of visiting patient at home, extend these high quality service items and promote the development of whole community health service.
