摘　　要：目的 调查全国2000～2002年不同区域社区卫生服务中心服务项目的服务量年度变化情况.方法 设计调查表对全国11个省(自治区)、直辖市的200个社区卫生服务中心进行调查.结果 2000～2002年三地区社区卫生服务中心的门诊总人次、建立家庭病床人次、建立家庭健康档案数、出诊人次和出院人次等5项服务工作的服务总量均呈现出逐年增加的趋势.就总体发展趋势而言,中、西部地区服务量增长速度快于东部地区.结论 各地应尽快制定符合区域发展水平的工作量标准,并在提高工作效率的同时加强服务质量管理,使社区卫生服务走上良性发展的道路.Objective To estimate the annual change of some service items in different regions＇ community health service centers from 2000 to 2002. Methods A questionnaire covered 200 community health service centers from eleven provinces （ including municipalities and Direct - controlled Municipalities） was carried out. Results The workloads of five service i- tems, including outpatient person - time, family sickbed person - time, family health record, person - time of visiting patients at home and person - time of those leaving hospital, were gradually increasing yearly from 2000 to 2002. As a whole, it developed fast in the western and middle areas rather than the eastern area. Conclusion The regional government should set a reasonable workload standard according to the regions＇ developing level and strengthen the managing quality as well as work efficiency in order to make the community health service progress successfully.
