泌尿生殖道人型支原体和生殖支原体的检测

摘　　要：应用聚合酶链反应对一定数量的泌尿生殖道临床标本进行了人型支原体和生殖支原体的检测。卖淫妇女、ＳＴＤ门诊患者、妇科门诊患者、产科门诊孕妇中，人型支原体的检出率分别为４３．２％、１１．０％、２０．０％、８．０％；生殖支原体仅卖淫妇女和ＳＴＤ患者检出，检出率分别为１０．２％、４．０％。结果表明，人型支原体在不同人群泌尿生殖道标本中均有一定检出率，而生殖支原体主要在性乱人群中检出；人型支原体在人群中的检出率高于生殖支原体的检出率。In this study polymerase chain reaction was conducted to detect Mycoplasma hominis and Mycoplasma genitalium in the clinical urogenital tract specimens.In the prosotitutes. STD clinic petients,gynecologic clinic patients and pregnant women.the positive rates were 43. 2%、11.0%、20.0% and 8.0% respectively for Mycoplasma hominis. and the positive rates were 10.2%、4.0%、0 and 0 for Mycoplasma genitalium respectively.
