芍药甙和去芍药甙白芍总甙对佐剂性关节炎大鼠脾淋巴细胞产生白介素2的影响

摘　　要：用亚适量刀豆素Ａ（３ｍｇ·Ｌ－１）诱导佐剂性关节炎（ＡＡ）大鼠脾淋巴细胞产生白介素２（ＩＬ－２）。福氏完全佐剂致炎后ｄ１８，ＡＡ大鼠脾淋巴细胞产生ＩＬ－２显著低于正常对照大鼠，芍药甙（ＰＦ）、去芍药甙白芍总甙（ＴＧＰＲＰＦ）和白芍总甙（ＴＧＰ）促进ＡＡ大鼠脾淋巴细胞产生ＩＬ－２，其量效曲线均呈钟罩形，３种受试物显著促进作用的浓度范围为：ＰＦ２．５～１２．５ｍｇ·Ｌ－１，ＴＧＰＲＰＦ１２．５～６２．５ｍｇ·Ｌ－１，ＴＧＰ２．５～６２．５ｍｇ·Ｌ－１。这些结果表明：ＰＦ。suboptimal concentration(3 mg · L-1) of concanavalin A was used to induce interleukin 2(IL-2) production by splenic lymphocytes from adjuvant arthritic(AA) rats. A decreased IL-2 production by splenic lymphocytes from AA rats was observed on day 18 after injecting Freund complete adjuvant. Total glucosides of paeony(TGP), paeoniflorin(PF) and TGP removed PF (TGPRPF) in concentration of 2. 5～62. 5,2. 5～12.5 or 12.5～62. 5 mg . L-1 showed marked increase in IL-2 production , demonstrating bell-shaped curves in concentration-effect. It is indicated that TGP, PF and TGPRPF have dual immunomodulatory effects on the IL-2 production, depending on their concentrations and the functional states of rats.
