摘　　要：通信网络的优化管理,是确保其安全稳定运行的关键之一。为解决海门市供电公司ATM通信网运行中存在的一些问题,根据电力系统二次防护的要求,提出了对电力数据通信网分区分层的管理方案,并通过对相关方案的分析比较,给出了实际应用方案,并阐述了实施方案的特点。In order to eliminate the disadvantage existing in the ATM communication network of Haimen power supply company, according to the safety protection demand for the secondary system, this paper presents a management measure to delaminate the electric data transmitting network, By analyzing and comparing the relative alternatives, the paper recommends the most ideal scheme and illustrates its feature.
