摘　　要：以Delphi面向对象的思想为主导,利用具有强大数据处理功能的SQL Server2000作为后台服务器,成功开发出智能公话计费网关系统。该系统具有架构清晰、代码简单、易于维护、升级扩展方便的特点。目前系统调试已通过,并投入使用。文章重点介绍系统实现中用到的关键技术,包括使系统结构清晰的类、方面用于维护对象TList和提高系统工作效率的多线程等技术。这些技术充分体现了面向对象的Delphi的特征。By using Delphi object-oriented software as the developing tool and installing the database SQL Server 2000 at background server, an intelligent public phone charge gateway system has been developed successfully. This system has the characteristics, such as clear construction, simple code, easy to maintain, convenient to upgrading and expanding. At present the system has passed debugging and put into using. The article focus to introduce some key technologies which are used during system realization, including the classes that caused the system structure to be clear, the Tlist that can be used to maintain objects and the multithreading technique that can enhance system working efficiency. These technologies have fullv manifested the characteristic of object-oriented Delphi.
