静脉顺行造影在下肢静脉曲张手术方式选择中的临床意义

摘　　要：下肢静脉曲张手术方式的选择往往关系到手术的效果及预后。作者收治１０４下肢静脉曲张，常规行下肢静脉顺行造影，并依据造影结果选择不同的手术方式。由于避免了因术式选择不当而造成的手术后复发，故治疗效果满意。本组患者随访最长者６年，无复发。Abstract In this report,104 patients with lower limb varicosity were examined rotinely by means of lower limb anterograde phlebography. Based on its results, different surgery was selected and applied to avoid recurrence of disease. Follow-up from one yoar to six years revealed satisfactory result and no recurrene.
