摘  要:研究了基因型种类、接种方式以及外源激素对芦荟不定芽发生以及成苗率的影响。结果表明,库拉索芦荟不定芽发生率比木剑芦荟、中国芦荟低。若将其小苗采用1/2纵切方式接种于含2mg/mL 6-BA的MS培养基上,可以明显促进诱导不定芽的发生。在继代培养中,需降低6-BA的浓度至1 mg/mL。含0.3mg/mL NAA的1/2MS培养基最适于根的发生与生长。而采用草炭+蛭石(2∶1)混合基质可以明显提高试管苗的移栽成活率。Effects of genotypes, cutting styles and exo - hormones on the formation of adventitious buds and plantlet derived from aloe were studied. The results showed that the forming rate of adventitious bud of Aloe americanum was lower than that of Aloe arborescens Mill var natalensis Berger and Aloe vera L. var chinensis [ Haw. ] Berger. If half vertical - cut stems were cultured in the MS medium with 2mg/mL 6 - BA, the formation of their adventitious buds would be improved. In addition, the concentration of 6 - BA should be decreased to 1 mg/mL in subculture. The best effect was appeared when the shoots were planted in 1/2 MS medium with 0.3mg/mL NAA. The survival rate of the test - tube plantlets was about 90% after transplanting to the mixture of peat: vermiculite (2:1 in volume).
