摘　　要：目的探讨冠状动脉介入术后冠状静脉窦血液内PDGF含量的变化及意义。方法随机选取经冠脉造影诊断为冠状动脉病(冠脉狭窄≤50％)或冠心病患者(冠脉狭窄>50％)47例,分为单纯冠脉造影组(A组)27例,PJEA组(B组)20例。所有患者均于术前即刻、术后30分钟采集冠状静脉窦血,采用酶联免疫吸附分析法测定PDGF水平。结果①A组冠脉造影后30分钟血浆PDGF含量变化差异不显著(P>0.05);②B组PTCA+Stent术后30分钟血浆PDGF含量显著升高,达到统计学意义(P<0.01)(注:PDGF单位pg/ml)。结论①诊断性心导管检查不引起冠脉循环内PDGF含量的明显变化;②PTCA术后血浆PDGF水平增高可能与冠状动脉内膜损伤有关,可能参与介入术后再狭窄的形成,尚待进一步研究证实。Objective To investigate the change of serum platelet derived growth factor （PDGF） after interventional therapy for coronary disease and discuss its significance. Methods 47 subjects were selected at random. They were diagnosed as coronary disease （the obstructive diameter of coronary≤50%） or coronary heart disease （the obstructive diameter of coronary 〉 50%） by coronary angiography. They were divided into two groups. 27 subjects were treated only with coronary angiography in group A.20 subjects were treated by pereutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty （PTCA） in group B. All subjects were tested PDGF before and after therapy by ELISA. Results （1） There was no change of PDGF at 30 min after the therapy in group A. （2） The level of PDGF at 30 min after PTCA was higher than that before therapy in group B Conclusion： The level of PDGF can＇t be changed by coronary angiography. The higher level of PDGF after PTCA may be induced by the coronary infima injury and related with mechanism of restenosis after PTCA, but this need more research to be proved.
