摘  要:本文介绍了一种用白云石和石墨制作的新型保温片,用在粉末工艺合成金刚石中,实验结果表明能有效地阻止合成腔内部的温度向外界散失,保持了合成腔内部的温度的稳定,大幅度降低了合成时使用的功率,能够较大幅度的节约日益紧张的电力资源。同时由于合成腔向外界散热减少,降低了硬质合金顶锤在合成时的温度,大大延长了硬质合金顶锤的寿命,显著地降低了人造金刚石的生产成本。并指出白云石保温片直接与叶蜡石复合块中的白云石衬管接触,构成一个相对严实的白云石保温密闭腔体,使用效果会更好。A kind of new temperature stability flat was made with dolomite and graphite. This temperature stability flat was used in diamond synthesis by powder catalyst method. The experimentation show this flat can preserve the temperature in the resultant cavity and keep the temperature stable, and reduce the power and save electrical resources. Likewise, when the temperature dissipation in the cavity is reduced, the temperature of alloy anvils can be decreased at the same time so that to prolong the life of anvils and reduce the production cost of diamond. It is suggested that, if the temperature flat directly touch the tube in the cavity filled with pyrophyllite, they will form the locker storage and have better effect.
