摘　　要：介绍了高原型燃油暖风机的构造特点及工作原理。针对高原地区低温、缺氧、气压低的客观现实,通过对轻油燃烧器结构的改进,解决了燃烧器点火困难、火焰不稳定及燃烧不完全问题;通过优选并改制风机,采用变频控制技术,进行平原、高原冷态和热态的一系列实验,在此基础上优化设计燃烧换热器,最终较好地解决了高海拔换热困难,整机噪声过大,送风温度不稳定等问题。This paper introduces structure and work process of plateau oil-fired air heater units. Aiming at the facts of low temperature, rare oxygen and low-pressure, ameliorates phenomena of burner igniting difficulty , unsteady flame and incomplete burning by improving on burner＇s parts. The problems of heat exchange in high elevation, large equipment noise, unsteady heat air temperature in the environment of low temperature and rare oxygen have been finally solved, by selecting and improving blower, applying frequency conversion technique, doing a series of cold and thermal state tests and optimizing firebox and heat exchanger under tests.
