摘　　要：尼尔基水利枢纽工程移民安置工作已大部分完成。5年来,建设单位借鉴同行经验,结合工程实际,形成了具有自身特色的管理模式。介绍了移民安置管理体制,管理制度建设,移民资金计划和财务管理,设计代表制、移民监理制和监测评价制度的执行情况,移民工作的检查、督促和协调,建设征地和环境保护,以及移民安置验收工作等。分析了存在的主要问题。提出今后移民安置工作的总体安排。The resettlement of Ni＇erji water conservancy project has been almost completed. In recent 5 years, the construction unit has formed the special resettlement management mode combined the good experience from other units with the actual project situation. The paper introduces the resettlement management system, the construction of management system, the management of resettlement fund plan and finance, the design of epresentation, the implementation of resettlement supervision, monitoring and evaluation, the examination, supervision and cooperation of resettlement, land acquisition ＆ environment protection and resettlement acceptance etc.
