摘　　要：尼尔基水电站发电机转子为圆盘式焊接结构,由中心体和7个扇形外环组件组成,在安装间组焊或整体,介绍了转子支架焊接、配刨副立筋、磁轭叠片等技术和工艺,技术方案切实可行,质量控制体系严密,转子装配工作得以保质保量地顺利完成,为机组的并网发电、安全运行创造了有利条件。The generator＇s rotor of Ni＇erji hydropower station is a round-disc welding structure, composed of central body and 7 sector rings. It is welded or integral assembled in the erection bar. This paper introduces the technologies and techniques of the welding of rotor＇s holder, resembling auxiliary vertical ribs, rim superposition. Such technical scheme is practical and feasible and its quality control system is strict so that the assembling work of rotor was smoothly completed in the way of quality and quantity guarantee, which creates the favorable conditions for the power generation, safe operation of generating units.
