摘　　要：介绍了一种新型光电耦合器———光电池输出型光电耦合器,器件采用金属化陶瓷D IP6双列直插结构。文章重点描述了该器件的结构特性、工作原理、参数设计以及特性曲线分析,并简述了其制作工艺。A new type of optocoupler, namely photovoltaic cells output optocoupler is developed in DIP6 metal ceramic package. The structure characteristics, operation principle, parameter design and analysis of characteristic curve are mainly described, and some manufacture technology in the process of development are briefly described.
