摘　　要：高等教育实现大众化后,人才市场与高校毕业生的供求关系发生变化,毕业生的就业趋势走向大众化,原来以城市为就业导向的国家保障系统逐渐转换为以城镇化为导向的产业保障系统;面对广大的区域产业和城镇化社会发展趋势,高等教育人才培养必须合理定位,调整大学生大众化就业、岗位成才的观念。Since the popularization of higher education, the relationship between supply and demand in human resources market and college graduates has been changed. The employment trend of graduates has gone from the prime to the common. The former national guarantee system with city as the employment orientation has gradually been transferred to industry guarantee system with townization as the orientation. Facing the wide development trend of district industry and townized society, the personnel cultivation of higher education must be properly oriented, and students＇opinions of popularized employment and being a useful person in post must be adjusted.
