摘 要:为综合利用烟草废料,筛选得到能有效降解烟碱与绿原酸的两株芽胞菌,考察了所选菌株对烟碱与绿原酸的降解特性。实验结果表明,菌株Bacillussp.X6表现出较高降解烟碱能力,培养36 h可将含烟碱6.04 mg/g烟草物料中的烟碱降解60.3%,72 h降解率可达87.6%;对绿原酸降解效果最好的是菌株Bacillussp.Xy,培养48 h将含绿原酸10.57 mg/g烟草物料中的绿原酸降解了50.5%,72 h可将绿原酸降解62.2%。For reusing nicotine and chlorogenic acid of tobacco waste residues, two strains of Bacillus sp. were obtained through screening and selection, one of them was able to degrade nicotine and the other could degrade chlorogenic acid effectively. The results degrading nicotine, which could degrade showed that the strain Bacillus sp. X6 was of relative higher ability of nicotine from the tobacco with original content 6.04 mg/g by 60.3% for 36 h and 87.6% for 72 h respectively. Further results indicated the strain Bacillus sp. Xy was the desired strain for degrading chlorogenic acid, which degraded chlorogenic acid from tobacco with original content 10.57 mg/g by 50.5% for 48 h and by 62.2% for 72 h respectively.
