圆孔麻醉新穿刺点的形态观测及临床应用

摘　　要：通过５０个颅骨标本和３０侧头颅标本的观测和研究，提出了圆孔麻醉新的穿刺点，即颧上点．其进针的角度为８５°±２．５°，进针的评度以颧上点到眶内缘点（眼内角点）的距离．并在临床上应用，通过１８例不同类型的手术麻醉结果表明．新的穿刺点操作方法简便易行，穿刺安全，麻醉效果可靠。Based on the study on 50 adult skull and 15 head specimens, a new injection inlet through suprajugale was proposed. Anatomical data about the direction and depth of the injection inlet was provided. Clinical applications showed satisfactory results in 18 case of patients.
