粉胶比与集料级配对开级配沥青混凝土性能的影响

摘  要:试验研究了粉胶比和集料级配对开级配沥青混凝土(OGFC)力学性能和透水性的影响。结果表明,上限 级配的力学性能随着粉胶比增大而增强,中值和下限级配的力学性能随着粉胶比增大先增强后减弱。在粉胶比保 持不变的情况下,中值级配和下限级配沥青混合料形成骨架-空隙结构,上限级配的混合料形成骨架-密实结构。从 兼顾力学性能和透水功能的角度出发,粉胶比1:1的中值级配和粉胶比0.8:1的下限级配的OGFC为级配与粉胶 比的最佳组合。This paper studied the effects of the filler-asphalt ratio and the gradation on mechanical properties and water permeability of OGFC. The mechanical properties of upper gradation improves as filler-asphalt ratio rises. The mechanical properties of the intermediate and the nether gradation improve firstly but deteriorate lately as filler-asphalt ratio rises. Keeping the filler-asphalt ratio as constant, the intermediate and the nether gradation make up of skeleton-void structure and the upper gradation makes up of skeleton-close structure. On account of the performance and mechanical properties, the intermediate gradation (filler/asphalt=1) and the nether gradation (filler/asphalt=0.8) are the most proper gradation of OGFC .
