摘　　要：医用电气设备的安全，涉及多方面的安全要求，2005年4月发布的标准YY0505《医用电气设备第1-2部分：安全通用要求-并列标准：电磁兼容-要求和试验》，该标准是和GB9706.1并列执行的强制标准，该标准于2007年4月实施，影响到医用设备电源的要求也是多方面的，相应要求电源的设计也有所完善，本文就电源的要求和设计的一些问题进行探讨。The safety of medical electrical equipment relates to many aspects of safety requirements. The standard YY0505, Medical electrical equipement——Part 1-2： General requirement for safety——Collateral standard： Electromegnetic compatibility——requirements and tests is published in Apt 2005. This standard is a compulsive collateral standard of GB9706.1, and is put into practice in Apt, 2007. There should be many effects concern with main part of medical electrical equipment. This paper discuss some problems of reqnirements and design of mains part.
